Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — Frederick County Public Schools

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY Eaglewings is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in Frederick County Public Schools. Key Responsibilities: • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA • Collect and record data on client behavior • Provide one-on-one support to students with behavioral challenges • Assist in functional behavior assessments • Support students during transitions and daily routines • Communicate progress to supervising BCBA and school team Qualifications: • Current RBT certification required • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred • Experience working with children with autism or behavioral disorders • Strong data collection and documentation skills • Ability to follow behavior plans with fidelity • CPR/First Aid certification preferred
